General Rental Policies
● 3-night minimum stay required for holidays – MLK Jr., Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
● 3-night minimum stay required for lobster mini season.
● 2-month reservations require a 1-month deposit.
●Open campfires, open flames, fire pits, wood fires or fireworks are NOT allowed anywhere within the park.
● ALL guests and visitors must register with our front office for entrance into the campground.
● Guest must be at least 25 years of age for check-in.
● Loud music or loud-speakers are not allowed.
● GOLF CARTS not allowed.
● HOT TUBS not allowed.
● LOST GATE KEY: $50.00 Replacement fee.
●A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $250.00 must be held on a credit card for incidentals.
● All renters must agree to comply with all Key Largo Kampground rules. Any violation of Key Largo Kampground rules and regulations are subject to a $100.00 fine. The fine will be deducted from security deposit on hold. In addition, you may be expelled from the Kampground WITHOUT A REFUND.
●Drones are not allowed to be flown over the campground. Drones may can fly at our North and South beaches over the water only.
●Please respect our quiet time hours after 10:00 PM. If you are too loud or causing a disturbance after 10:00 PM, a security guard will give you a warning. Once warned, you will be at risk of being escorted out of the resort without a refund.
● JETSKI / WAVERUNNERS ARE NOT ALLOWED
● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are available $39.99+tax/day or $199.95+tax/week and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/day or $199.95+tax/week . Check In - Check Out Policy

Please park in the far right lane at the gate marked CHECK IN. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK entrance gate.
Please come into the office and check in with one of our agents. Guest must be at least 25 years of age for check-in.
Early check-in $20.00 per hour after 9 AM and before 1 PM. (If available on reserved site).
CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM.
LATE-CHECK-OUT (If available on same site) is $20.00 per hour until 2:00 P.M.
– Full Daily Rate payment due after 2:00 PM.

The Security Guard will process your reservation at the security shack. Please provide the copy of your reservation confirmation.

KLK cannot guarantee availability.

No one will be available after 10 P.M. to check you in until 9 A.M. Please visit the office at that time to check in properly.
Pets
Pets are permitted on RV sites only.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY TENT SITES.
● $10.00 per pet, per reservation. Two (2) pets maximum per site, with a size limit of 100 pounds. No aggressive breeds allowed which include pit bull mixes (see full list below). Pets must be leashed when off your site. Please do not leave dogs unattended. Excessive barking will not be tolerated and may lead to expulsion.
List of Aggressive breeds not allowed: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.

Vehicles
Due to limited space, parties are permitted to register two vehicles per site which must fit on the site. The first vehicle is free. The second vehicle is $15.00 one-time impact fee for per reservation. Vehicles which do not fit on site are required to find offsite parking outside of Kampground. This includes trailers, boats, and motorcycles.
GOLF CARTS or ATV’S ARE NOT PERMITED in the Kampground.

We arrived as slightly apprehensive novice campers so needed help and advice wherever we could find it. From the moment we entered the check in building we knew we’d chosen well, the staff in there were extremely helpful and patient offering lots of great tips. Very quickly we felt right at home. On site we were lucky enough to encounter Steve, a guy with a genuine desire to help out and engage with camp guests and share his vast wealth of local knowledge. (He just loves us English Tourons!) Be sure to ask him for a demonstration on how to open a coconut with a machete !
The site itself was superb - meticulously maintained, fabulous location with great facilities. Our whole experience in the Keys after starting here was incredible, so thank you to everyone at Key Largo Kampground for getting our camping life off to a fabulous start.
We stayed for 5 nights at Key Largo Kampground and loved the facilities and the location. The sites are decent sized, but a little tight to get into. This is pretty typical in the keys where space is limited everywhere. We've stayed at this campground several times and have always enjoyed the facility. It's a mixture of permanent, long term, short term and tent sites - but it all blends well. We really like the location - it's very close to Publix and to several good restaurants. We camped at Key Largo Kampgrounds and Marina in a Travel Trailer.
